By understanding users, stakeholders and the surrounding environment we can build up a bigger picture of the problem space. We use several design research methods from interviews to competitor analysis to discover and understand how we can best address the challenge.

Define

After gaining clarity to the problem space we synthesise our observations to identify the core aspects we have uncovered. By synthesising findings we can create hypothesis, define our shared perspectives and set clear goals moving forward.

Ideate

No idea is too wild, by using our creativity to explore outlandish solutions we can arrive at truly unique solutions. Exploring several ideas allows us to embrace plurality and possibilities.

Prototype

Prototyping is a key aspect of any good design process. Prototypes help realise our ideas in the leanest way possible so we can test and validate our ideas and progress to solutions that deliver most impact.

Measure

Understanding what makes something successful is paramount to considering current and future success. We always set our metrics up front and measure where we are meeting needs and where we can improve.
